Our Johor Bahru branch will be relocating to:
No.18, Jalan Ekoperniagaan 2/5, Taman Ekoperniagaan, 81100 Johor Bahru.

As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Attract new clients by overseeing and innovating the sales process.
- Identify and research opportunities in both new and existing markets.
- Prepare and deliver impactful pitches and presentations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Develop customized proposals, negotiate, and translate them into signed contracts.
- Own the sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure and implementation.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM.
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure excellent customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in any field.
- Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
- Must possess own vehicle and be willing to travel.
- Prior sales experience is required, preferably in interior design, construction, or related industries.
