Perform further services to customer at Fresh Market (Meat & Seafood Department) by cutting fish, poultry and meat.
- Receive customer complaints and resolve problems.
- Keep up to date with product information, features and benefits.
- Responsible to follow up with Department Superiors on orders in regular basis.
- Close working relationship with Receiving Department and involved in receiving goods by checking freshness, quality of product and expiry dates (all Fresh Market Departments).
- Perform stock count on weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback with proper coaching.
