**What You’ll Do**:
- Develop and execute business strategies to acquire new clients for websites, mobile apps, and custom solutions.
- Represent our company with charisma, clarity, and professionalism during pitches, meetings, and presentations.
- Build strong networks and identify new leads through industry contacts, referrals, and partnerships.
- Lead and mentor the digital solutions team, ensuring smooth workflow and professional growth.
- Oversee project scoping, budgeting, and timelines — aligning client expectations with internal capabilities.
- Work closely with our design and development teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
- Collaborate with management to refine internal processes and elevate team performance.
- Ensure a positive and collaborative atmosphere across departments during project delivery.
- Maintain excellent client relationships throughout and beyond project delivery.
**Remuneration Package**:
- This is an On-Target Earnings (OTE) position designed to reward high-performing individuals for their direct contribution to business growth.
- Your remuneration includes base salary per month, reflecting your core responsibilities and expertise.
- Variable Bonus/Commission, a performance-based component tied directly to new business acquisition and upselling to existing clients.

- You’ve worked in a digital agency, tech firm, or software company with experience in web, app, or digital project lifecycles.
- You have proven experience in business development and client acquisition, particularly in web or app-based services.
- You can confidently lead proposals, pitches, and negotiations, and build rapport with decision-makers.
- You have experience managing project managers or delivery teams, ensuring accountability, smooth communication, and motivation.
- You can align business objectives with operational capabilities, ensuring what we promise is what we can deliver.
- You’re a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution and a strong understanding of agency/client dynamics.
- You’re familiar with project management tools and digital workflows.
- You take initiative, embrace responsibility, and stay grounded in real outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, digital solutions (web/app), or project leadership.
- Proven track record of winning and managing web/app/digital projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving ability.
- Proficient in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and client-facing documents.
- Familiarity with digital project workflows, platforms, and tools (e.g., Trello, ClickUp, Jira, etc.).
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
- Charismatic, confident, and able to build trust with clients and teams.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous growth.
