As a **Planner**, you will play a key role in coordinating production schedules, tracking customer orders, and ensuring seamless material and workflow processes to help optimize production processes. This position is vital to achieving operational efficiency and meeting delivery commitments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Key Role & Responsibilities**:
**Order Management**:

- Generate customer order forms, sales orders, and job orders in the M2M system.
- Keep track of customer order balances against shipment quantities.

**Planning & Coordination**:

- Prepare and update daily TPOP and kitting lists on as and when required.
- Follow up on material statuses to support production scheduling and planning.

**Shipment Coordination**:

- Manage shipment requests for finished goods and spare parts to meet customer requirements whenever required.

**Performance Reporting**:

- Update production control (PC) reports, including the efficiency and utilization report, to support decision-making.

**Compliance & Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure all responsibilities align with **ISO9001/ISO13485 standards**, maintaining high-quality operational practices.

**Cross-function Collaboration**:

- Work closely with production, supply chain, and other departments to optimize material flow and production processes.

**Requirements**:

- Must have2-5 years of experience in production planning within an **Electronics Component Manufacturing** OR **Electronics Manufacturing Services environment.**
- Possesses a Degree in a related discipline or have equivalent experience
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu language for effective communication.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Background in **Electronics Manufacturing Services environment** is required for understanding complex manufacturing workflows.

**Work arrangements**:
Monday to Friday: 7:30AM - 5:00PM

**Work location**: Fully On-site at Simpang Ampat, Penang
