**Cafe Crew (Part Time/Full Time)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Team player, able to work effectively and communicate with the team.

Welcoming customer in a courteous and prompt manner and leading them to a prepared table in accordance with our seating procedures. Provide full assistance to customers concerning general queries as required.

Answer phone queries in a courteous and prompt manner and take in reservations with considered guests’ preferences

Responsible for overseeing the cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance of the cafe and ensure compliance with ll applicable food safety and regulations

Be familiar with our menu and service procedure

Maintain good communication with all Servers, Kitchen Staffs, Barista and etc

Able to follow the instruction given from the superior /head of division.

Give all guests a friendly “Goodbye” or “Thank you” upon departure.

**Job Requirements:

- Pleasant personality and well groomed.
- Fresh graduate and SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude and responsible character.
- No experience required, prior working experience will be an added advantage.
- Passion for providing extraordinary service
- Ability to communicate Mandarin. Bonus if you are multilingual.
- Must beable to clearly communicate guests’ needs to other staff
- Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work effectively within a team
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Fresh graduate, Student job
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM8.00 - RM11.00 per hour
