HR Executive

1. Manage the non management recruitment of employees by understand and implement staff requests, needs and issues in the Processing Plant.
3. To assist in ensuring general cleanliness of factory area
4. Make a cleaning task schedule for cleaning workers in the factory.
4. Ensure that all necessary items in the factory are sufficient.
5. Dealing with suppliers for the process of purchasing factory necessities
6. Check, inspect and monitor the attendance of all employees
7. Maintain employees ’leaves, medical and attendance record. Keeping track of employees ’attendance / absenteeism and report to Operations Manager.
**Education & equivalent experience**:
1. Possess at least Diploma in Human Resources
2. At least 2 year working experience as Human Resources in industry & recruitment field.
3. Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Power Point.
4. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to develop & learn new skills.
5. Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Able to work under pressure and efficiently.
7. Ability to communicate effectively & professionally
8. Ability to operate standard office equipment, including but not limited to, computers, telephone systems,
calculators, copiers and facsimile machines.
9. Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
10. Positive & pro-active attitude towards work
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
12. Discretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
