**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
- Prepare and present regular operational reports, performance updates, and key issues to senior management.
- Provide actionable recommendations to support business decision-making.
- Ensure operations comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (other languages are a bonus).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- A team player with a proactive work attitude
- At least 2-5 years of experience in operations management or a related role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform well under pressure.
