**About the Role**
Join AZEO's dynamic HR team as a **Payroll & Compensation Specialist**, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll, managing employee benefits, and driving fair and competitive reward strategies. Also, a proactive talent who can **build and execute new/enhanced payroll processes and HRIS system**. This is a pivotal role that works closely with the **Chief Talent Officer (CTO)** to shape scalable HR infrastructure for the future.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and execution of payroll processes and frameworks.
- Set up and manage HRIS payroll modules, ensuring accurate configuration and rollout.
- Ensure full compliance with local statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).
- Administer salary, allowances, and benefit programs with precision.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and advise on competitive compensation structures.
- Liaise with Finance and external bodies for statutory contributions and reporting.

**Requirements**:

- 4-5 years of experience in payroll and compensation functions.
- Proven experience in **building payroll processes** and implementing or upgrading **HRIS systems**.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian employment law and statutory requirements.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
- Proficient in Excel and data management tools.
- Strong communication skills in Mandarin, English and BM.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
