Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and drive our online marketing efforts. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns promoting our restaurant brands and services. You will be working closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS, etc.), ensuring engaging and brand-consistent messaging.
- Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for our website and other digital assets.
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other digital advertising networks.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance through tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with graphic designers and the content team to create visually appealing content for digital platforms.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep our marketing efforts innovative and effective.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure that digital campaigns align with business goals and customer engagement strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms, including content creation and community management.
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM and digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and adapt to changing trends.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Data-driven approach to analyze performance and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the F&B industry or related industries.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
