_**Our client is a well established healthcare services provider. The incumbent will be based in HQ (KL) to manage multiple branch/outlet operations.**_

**Key Roles**:

- Maintain constant communication with management, staff & vendors/suppliers to ensure proper operations of the Company.
- Develop, implement & maintain QA protocols.
- Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance & sustain the organization's internal capacity.
- Actively pursue strategic & operational activities.
- Ensuring that health & safety regulations are followed.
- **Supervise daily activities of the operation **including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, fulfillment, logistics & floor productivity.
- **Develop operations systems** by defining product handling, storage requirements, equipment/space utilization, inventory management & fulfillment process.
- Review and prepare workflow, manning & space requirements, equipment layout & action plans while ensuring productivity, quality & customer service standards are met.
- **Inspect equipment, tools & machinery** regularly & oversee general maintenance as needed.
- Train and manage a team to solve day-to-day operational issues & reach short and long-term performance goals.
- **Maintain a safe, clean and healthy work environment** by establishing, following & enforcing standards & procedures and complying with legal regulations and adherence to HSE best practices.
- Ensure total service satisfaction & excellent client relationships.
- Work with sales & marketing departments to ensure strong promotional activities & marketing campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- **4 years of operation management** experience in **Wellness / any Retail** industry. Experienced in **managing multiple branch/outlets **is required.
- Strong leadership skills, self motivated & customer service oriented
- Proficient in **Mandarin (spoken & written) **to support business needs.
- 5 working days (normal working hours)
- Permanent vacancy based in KL.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
