Internship Business/hr/marketing/admin

**Responsibilities**
- Involving in all aspects of HR functions including compensation and benefit, human resource policies and procedures, and disciplinary issues.
- Responsible for monthly payroll and statutory payment processing.
- Maintaining a good relationship and connection with all internal and external suppliers at all times.
- Responsible for records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, performance reviews and terminations.
- Responsible for daily office administrative matter.
- Responsible for manpower planning and recruitment initiative to meet the manpower planning, ensuring smooth daily operations within the organization.
- Responsible for any ad hoc assignments as and when required.
- Maintain good attendance and **PUNCTUALITY**.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Admin/Business Management/Operation Management or equivalent.
- Well verse with Employment Act & Industry Relations Act.
- Professional and pleasant personality with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia
