**About the Team**

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven **Affiliate Hunter** with experience in the Thailand market to join our rapidly growing team. The role entails crafting and managing impactful affiliate programs, building strong partnerships, and leveraging performance analytics to drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives.

This is a full-time position (5/2) with working hours aligned to the Thailand time zone.

**Tasks**:

- Identify and onboard new affiliates from the i-gaming industry through direct outreach, industry forums, events, and social media platforms;
- Approach, negotiate, and onboard new affiliates into our program;
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance against KPIs and revenue targets;
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with affiliates to align with program goals and foster mutually beneficial partnerships;
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and affiliate marketing best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in affiliate marketing;
- Previous experience in the iGaming/Forex industries;
- Strong knowledge of local affiliate networks;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building lasting partnerships;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment;
- Demonstrated ability to achieve ambitious recruitment goals;
- English - at least B2 level;
- Thai - Native proficiency.
