**A. Primary job function**

1.1 To assisting supervisor lead production team in achieving delivery, quality, cost, safety, production

documents and efficiency objectives

1.2 To ensure material handlers and operator are motivated and competent to meet customer’s requirements.

1.3 To drive the production team to achieving target.

**B. Duties and responsibilities**

1.1 To ensure good house keeping and safety at all time.

1.2 To ensure stock take results are accurate and efficient.

1.3 Follow the standard working procedure and instruction to perform the repair activity.

1.4 To carry out PCBA repair activity to support all the repaired product and adhere to ESD regulations.

1.5 To support for the NPI product of the special process which related to manual soldering process.

1.6 Make relevant paperwork when complete the task, ensuring traceability and compliance is

maintained throughout the process.

1.7 Managing work on multiple projects, with different team members, priorities,

and delivery schedules.

1.8. Installing components onto printed circuit boards using hand tools such as hot air blow and soldering irons.

1.9. Train the new operator for the standard soldering process.

1.10. Supervise the AOI section and ensure the product qualities are meet.

1.11. Reading PCB legends and component polarity to fully understand before repairing task.

**3. Qualification and requirement**

1.a Certificate holder in electronic or electrical engineering with 2 year experience in the same line

1.b A level with 2 years experience in the same line

1.c O level with 3 years experience in the same line

1.d N level at least 5 years experience in the same line

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
