Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of ISO quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) within the construction organization.
- Develop quality plans and procedures specific to each construction project, ensuring alignment with ISO standards and client requirements.
- Coordinate and conduct inspections, tests, and quality checks throughout all phases of construction to verify compliance with specifications, codes, and standards.
- Establish and maintain documentation control processes to ensure accurate recording and management of quality-related documents, including construction drawings, specifications, test reports, and non-conformance reports.
- Collaborate with procurement and subcontractor teams to evaluate and select suppliers and subcontractors based on quality performance criteria. Monitor their adherence to quality requirements and initiate corrective actions as needed.
- Investigate non-conformances, quality incidents, and client complaints related to construction activities. Implement corrective and preventive actions to address root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Plan and conduct internal audits of construction processes, procedures, and documentation to assess compliance with ISO standards and identify areas for improvement. Coordinate external audits by certification bodies and regulatory agencies.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for quality improvement in construction methods, materials, and processes. Implement initiatives to enhance construction quality, efficiency, and safety.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
