**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and guide a team of Education Consultants to achieve enrollment targets.
- Deliver and oversee engaging course presentations for The KOL Academy.
- Support students during the enrollment and onboarding process.
- Handle follow-ups with undecided students and assist in conversions.
- Monitor team performance, provide training, and improve workflow.
- Work remotely with shift hours: Morning (9 AM - 6 PM) or Noon (1 PM - 10 PM); weekend availability required.

**Requirements**:

- **Age 40 and below.**:

- **Own a laptop and able to work independently using online tools.**:

- **Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.**:

- **Proven experience as an Education Consultant, Sales Executive, or similar role.**:

- **Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and shifts.**:

- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Minimum diploma or degree in any field (Education, Marketing, or Communication is an advantage).
- **Willing to work hybrid (WFH & in-office) — office located in Sungai Besi, KL.**:

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate a remote team.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
