**JOB SCOPE / RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Insulation**
- Responsible in complying with task instructed/given by supervisor on all task given.
- Complying with and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s mission, vision and commitment.
- Providing constructive feedback to Supervisor.
- Convey complaints and issues raised by customer on site to Supervisor and assisting Supervisor in resolving the complaints and issue.
- Punctuality in reporting for work.
- Guide new employees constructively.
- Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures.
- Ensuring all quality work performed is as per procedure meeting all product minimum requirement.
- Upkeeping and maintaining 5S and housekeeping.
- Upkeeping and maintaining storage system properly and/or as per material requirement in all work area.
- Receiving and checking conditions, quantity and acceptability of all received goods.
- Maintaining and keeping track serviceability and/or calibration of all tools, qc tools and equipment.
- Maintaining in the track record of consumables required for relevant projects.
- Assist in planning and ordering of all required tools and consumables for all projects.
- Assisting Supervisor and Technician III in the drawing pour map and to accommodate completion days agreed as per PO.
- Managing cost effectiveness in all task given.
- Management and fabrication of molds required for projects.
- Involvement and giving constructive input in all improvement projects for company while complying with local law, rules and regulations.
- Involvement in HQSE Committee and relevant meeting.
- Completing and maintaining all QHSE task given with integrity.
- Comply to all quality, health, Safety, and environment requirements.
- Organize to implement management review and seek opportunities to improve management system constantly.
- Performs basic welding skill.
- Performs preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines.
- Oils and lubricates moving parts on machines to ensure effective performance.
- Records and reports damaged, worn, or broken parts.
- Identifies the causes of unexpected breakdowns of machines.
- Repairs broken machines quickly and efficiently.
- To assist other duties and responsibilities that maybe assign from time to time.
- Other duties as assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must possess minimum Secondary School / SPM / “O” level / Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 years’ experience in related field is required.
- PC literate and proficient in Microsoft Office with good typing skills.
- Able to multi-tasks and manage time effectively.
- Good understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.

**AUTHORITIES**:

- Intervention on valid health, safety, and environmental reasons.
- Intervention on valid quality reasons.

**REPORTING: TECHNICIAN LEADER**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,600.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kulai (Kulai, 81000): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Insulation Work & Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
