**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintain proper record and organisation of filling system.
- Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks.
- Perform banking transaction processing activities
- To maintain and update daily transactions into system.
- Provide administrative support to Finance Manager.
- Update cash book, banking, deal with bank personnel, handle HDA accounts and cash.
- To prepare all the reconciliations including AR, AP, bank and etc
- Handling AR & AP area of works together with accounts / finance department, and to support as at when required.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting
- Minimum working 2 years in accounting field, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting software
- Able to work in fast pace, multi-tasking and high volume environment
- Experienced in Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
- Must be experienced in banking, handling cash.
- Required languages: English and Malay / Mandarin

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
