1) Monitor and direct maintenance responsibilities in conjunction with daily production plans, managing work orders to ensure timely completion while maintaining high quality and low breakage. 2) Basic responsibilities such as routine cleaning, lubrication tasks, adjusting/tightening, inspections, and minor repair/replacement. 3) Disassemble, clean, and repair all equipment both mechanically and electrically. 4) Responsible for routine mould, machine and equipment in house servicing or repairing maintaining in good and working condition. 5) Responsible in maintaining daily information recording in technical check sheet for machine, tooling and equipments. 6) Completes preventative maintenance tasks as assigned according to plan. 7) Maintains supply inventory for parts. 8) To ensure proper functioning and optimum throughput at all times. 9) Follows all safety requirements, policies and reports any unsafe conditions to a leader. 10) Maintains reports, logs, charts, or other tracking tools as required. 11) Carry out any other miscellaneous related duties as assigned as by your Superior.
