Store Keeper

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing of raw materials, semi-finished goods, finished goods, spare parts, and consumables.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure materials are stored according to their specifications and location codes.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in monthly stocktaking, investigate inventory discrepancies, and provide solutions.
- Monitor and record warehouse temperature and humidity daily, ensuring storage conditions meet requirements.
- Ensure material movement follows FIFO principles and that all warehouse activities are properly documented with supporting documents.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards (fire, theft, accident, moisture prevention).
- Collaborate with finance and warehouse team to process warehouse transactions, prepare packing lists, and ensure daily posting and filing of documents.

**Requirements**:

- Able to communicate and read in **Mandarin** (required to coordinate with Mandarin-speaking team members and documentation).
- Familiar with warehouse operations and inventory control practices.
- Experience using **Kingdee (金蝶)** or other ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Good attention to detail, disciplined, and able to work independently.
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
