**Job Title**: Rider Acquisition Executive (Shopee Project)

**Job Summary**:
The Rider Acquisition Executive is responsible for sourcing, engaging, and onboarding new delivery riders for Shopee’s logistics network. This role focuses on outreach, screening, and ensuring that all applicants meet Shopee’s operational and compliance requirements. The position involves both outbound calling and on-ground recruitment activities to achieve rider acquisition targets efficiently and effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **outbound calls** to potential riders to promote Shopee’s delivery platform and explain the registration process.
- Manage **end-to-end recruitment**, including screening, documentation, and onboarding of new riders.
- Collaborate with marketing and field teams to plan and execute **recruitment drives** in key areas.
- Achieve **weekly and monthly recruitment targets** as set by management.
- Identify challenges in recruitment and propose **process improvement solutions**.
- Support operational and HR teams in verifying applicant documents and eligibility (license, insurance, vehicle ownership, etc.).
- Provide timely reports on recruitment progress, conversion rates, and challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field.
- At least **1-2 years of experience** in recruitment, telesales, customer service, or field operations (experience in rider/delivery acquisition preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in **Bahasa Malaysia and English** (Mandarin/Tamil is a plus).
- Proficient in using **Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools**.
- Result-oriented, proactive, and able to work under mínimal supervision.
- Willing to work flexible hours or weekends during peak recruitment periods.

**Performance Metrics**:

- Number of successful rider sign-ups and activations
- Conversion rate from leads to active riders
- Accuracy and timeliness of data submission
- Compliance with Shopee onboarding and verification standards

Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
