Human Resources Internship

**JOB DESRIPTION**:
The Human Resources Intern provides administrative support to the HR department and assists in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee records management, benefits administration, and employee relations. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of HR activities and maintaining a positive work environment
**Key-Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- **On-Boarding and Offboarding**:
- Support the onboarding process of new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met. Assist in the exit process for departing employees
- **Organizing personnel files** - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job details, and performance reviews.
- Support the HR team in managing employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
- **REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**:_
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a **Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree** in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
