Director , Corporate Support Services

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and oversee all corporate support functions, including Strategic Coordination & Corporate Affairs, Governance, Human Resources, Administration, Procurement, and Finance, with dedicated teams supporting each area.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure operational efficiency, organizational alignment, and effective resource utilization.
- Establish and enforce policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance, risk management, and best practices across the organization.
- Drive HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and leadership development.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and reporting for corporate support services, ensuring accountability and optimal use of resources.
- Foster collaboration, engagement, and communication across teams and divisions, acting as a liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to deliver strategic and operational excellence.
- Champion initiatives that enhance organizational capability, corporate culture, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Pay: From RM11,000.00 per month
