**Position Title**: Admin cum Marketing Executive
**Location**: Berjaya Central Park, Kuala Lumpur
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Qualifications**: Diploma or higher (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)

**About Us**:
DGTech is seeking a detail-oriented **Admin cum Marketing Executive** to support our business operations and drive growth through effective administrative and marketing strategies

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
- Prepare and manage documentation, reports, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in the development of proposals, quotations, and presentations to pitch services and products effectively.
- Support marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and performance tracking.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and growth opportunities.
- Manage and update the company’s digital presence, including the website and social media accounts.
- Research, negotiate, and liaise with vendors and clients for services, materials, and resources.
- Collaborate with team members and external partners to develop promotional materials and content.
- Maintain records of client interactions and feedback to enhance service delivery.
- Support the development of timelines, milestones, and deliverables for marketing projects.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma (or) Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and spoken).
- Prior experience in administrative roles, market research, or client management is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a proactive attitude.
