**Primary Objective**:

- Talent Acquisition Specialist is a human resources professional responsible for sourcing, attracting, selecting and hiring top talent in the market. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute recruitment strategies and initiative to attract and retain top talent for RHB.
- Focus on transactional and volume recruitment for RHB.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and develop an expertise in their business and talent needs, helping to develop and manage talent pools and pipelines.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Facilitate interview feedback sessions, prepare salary proposal, extend verbal offers and issue Employment Agreements.
- Facilitate documentation to smoothen onboarding processes for new hires.
- Meet SLA on recruitment turnaround time and manage cost per hire as per the direction from management.
- Develop strong understanding of regulatory requirements set by BNM and internal control.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders & weekly reporting as required on recruitment progress.
- Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 1- 2 years’ recruitment experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
