**JOB RESPONSIBILITY**:

- Ensure workers' welfare is maintained in accordance with company policies and customer requirements.
- To coordinate with payroll department, recruitment team and transport arrangement to manage all matters related with worker onboarding / off-boarding.
- To assist the internal / external audits.
- Respond promptly to worker disciplinary issues and take necessary actions.
- Handle workers' concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist workers with arrangements related to medical treatment, banking matters, holidays, and the renewal of passports or work permits.
- Support both local and foreign worker recruitment, including interviews and onboarding / off-boarding processes.
- Manage Fomema arrangements for Foreign Workers.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of worker attendance and leave.

**SUPPORTING TASK**:

- Prepare relevant reports, perform documentation and filing, and submit them to the manager as required.
- Maintain up-to-date personal files for both local and foreign workers.
- Lodge police reports if foreign workers are found to have absconded, when necessary.
- Liaise with government authorities on matters related to worker management and compliance.

**AD-HOC**:

- Any other related task assigned to you from time to time by superior.
- Comply with quality policy and other policy which are enforce by company.

**REQUIREMENT**:

- Diploma in any field
- Skill in computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English
- Good team player, able to handle and deal with local and foreign worker.
- Good in organizing and prioritizing skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
