**1. Short-Form Video Creation**
- Plan, script, shoot, edit, and publish engaging short-form video content for TikTok.
- Develop “fast content” with high relevance to current trends, brand campaigns, and product promotions

**2. Trend Research & Content Ideation**
- Regularly research viral topics, trending sounds, hashtags, and competitors to generate new content ideas.
- Brainstorm creative angles to present products in an entertaining and informative way.

**3. Performance Tracking & Analytics**
- Monitor content performance using TikTok analytics tools.
- Identify what works, optimize future content based on insights, and report performance to the team.

**4. TikTok Content Strategy & Execution**
- Develop and execute content strategies to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase TikTok Shop sales.
- Create a content calendar and manage consistent posting schedules.

**5. Live Selling & Product Promotion**
- Host live streaming sessions on TikTok Shop to showcase products and engage with the audience in real-time.
- Demonstrate strong on-camera communication and build a loyal customer base through interaction.

**6. Community Engagement & Brand Presence**
- Respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries on TikTok to foster a positive and responsive brand image.
- Collaborate with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors to amplify reach and credibility.

**7. Campaign Support & Product Coordination**
- Work closely with the inventory and sales teams to ensure timely promotions and product availability.
- Support digital marketing campaigns that align with seasonal trends, product launches, and brand objectives.

**8. Platform Knowledge & Optimization**
- Stay informed about TikTok’s latest features, policies, and best practices to maximize platform performance.
- Experiment with different content formats and creative strategies to improve conversion rates.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and platform dynamics.
- Confident and comfortable appearing on camera for both pre-recorded content and live sessions.
- Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and produce engaging, brand-aligned content.
- Basic video editing skills and familiarity with TikTok’s built-in tools (CapCut proficiency is a plus).
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a natural ability to connect with viewers.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of TikTok Shop, e-commerce, and online selling strategies is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for live sessions and campaigns.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
