Job Summary:
Part time financial consultancy, flexible hours and days.

We are established healthcare business approaching 60 year of operations and are looking to revamp our healthcare business segment. We are seeking an experienced Strategic Group Finance Manager to consult us on new projects, provide financial direction and support to our clinics and long term care centre group. In this role, you will advise general management, improve finance and accounts efficiency direct and advise financial strategies/ policies to ensure financial stability and growth of the organization. You will also provide financial guidance and support to directors in decision-making processes. You will work with operation manager, accounts manager and clinic manager to improve businesses processes and advise new healthcare directions.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial strategies, policies and procedures to ensure financial stability and growth of the organization.

Prepare and present financial reports, budgets and forecasts to directors.

Monitor financial performance of the organization and identify areas for improvement.

Develop financial models and perform financial analysis to support business decisions. Oversee financial operations of the organization, including accounting, budgeting, treasury and tax.

Provide financial guidance and support to senior management in decision-making processes. Identify and manage financial risks of the group.

Monitor and advise on improving cash flow, receivables & payables.

Review and monitor the credit control policy and procedure to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Provide support to clinic projects, ward projects and building development projects

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field.

At least 3-6 years of experience in a finance leadership role, preferably in the healthcare industry.

Strong knowledge of finance, accounting and tax regulations. Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, modeling and forecasting is an advantage. Excellent communication, people management and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Professional certification such as CPA, CFA or CMA is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
