**Job Scope / Responsibilities**:

- Plan, brainstorm, and develop creative content ideas for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Write engaging scripts, captions, and hooks that fit the brand’s tone and audience
- Participate in shoots — either on-camera or behind the scenes — to bring creative ideas to life
- Collaborate with the production and editing teams to ensure smooth content flow and timely delivery
- Stay up to date with social media trends, viral content, and industry news to inspire fresh ideas
- Analyze content performance and audience engagement to improve future content strategy
- Manage posting schedules and ensure consistent content across platforms
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to align on goals and creative direction

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or related field (preferred)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, XHS)
- Creative thinking and ability to come up with engaging content ideas
- Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing is an advantage
- **Must be well-versed in speaking Mandarin**:

- Comfortable speaking or appearing on camera
- Strong writing skills for captions, scripts, and storytelling
- Able to work both independently and in a team
- Organized, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
- Passionate about content creation, social media, and current trends

**Working Hours**:10:00AM - 7:00PM ( 5 days per week )

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
