**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the sales team's itinerary, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support to the sales team
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting for the sales team
- Provide general administrative support, such as filling, data entry and other clerical tasks
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Support on New ERP system - Infor M3
- Print PO/defer/change delivery date (Econsave, Trendcell, TF, Hero, Mydin, TFP, Pandamart)

**Requirements**:

- SPM level, Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in a similar role
- Good in communication skills and teamwork
- Close attention to details
- Fluent communication and written skills in English, Malay and Chinese will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,999.00 per month
