**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and organize procurement documents for stamp duty filing.
- Perform bulk submission of POs via government system portal.
- Track all submissions and maintain accurate records.
- Submit Non-PO Payment requests in SAP and ensure payment completion.
- Liaise with Accounts Payable for stamp duty fee payments.
- Collaborate with multiple functions (Legal, Tax etc) to efficiently identify any gaps.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory timelines (e.g., 30-day window).
- Conduct quality checks to minimize errors and yield loss.
- Provide regular progress updates to procurement leadership.

**Required Qualifications**
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 1-2 years in procurement operations, finance, or document management.
- Prior experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Experience with high-volume document processing or compliance tasks is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Familiarity with SAP.
- Able to navigate online portals (e.g., IRB stamp duty portal).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage and track large volumes of documents.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Capable of working independently and meeting strict deadlines.
- Effective communication and reporting abilities.
- Team player, able to collaborate with procurement, finance, and AP teams.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
