1. **Administrative Support**
- Assist with data entry
- Maintain filing systems
- Prepare basic reports
- Help with staff rostering and timesheet management

2. **Operations Coordination**
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and delivery teams on event schedules
- Track and follow up on vendor orders and deliveries
- Help manage booking and calendar systems

3. **Inventory & Procurement Assistance**
- Monitor stock levels for supplies and ingredients
- Assist with placing orders for stock replenishment
- Help with inventory counts and reporting discrepancies

4. **Event Documentation & Reporting**
- Prepare documents such as menus, delivery notes, and checklists
- Assist in post-event reporting (feedback, wastage reports, etc.)

5. **Learning & Exposure Opportunities**
- Understand how event logistics work in real-world settings
- Gain exposure to food safety practices and business compliance
- Learn the basics of costing, budgeting, and vendor management

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM700.00 per month
