**Position Overview**

**Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration**
- Manage day-to-day office operations, documentation, and reporting.
- Handle company accounts, invoicing, petty cash, and expenses.
- Coordinate with management, distributors, and internal teams for smooth business operations.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, contracts, and HR-related records.
- Support compliance, legal documentation, and company policies.

**Ecommerce Sales & Management**
- Set up and manage the company’s ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and website).
- Develop and execute online sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and digital campaigns across online marketplaces.
- Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and suggest business improvements.
- Coordinate with marketing team for online advertising, SEO, and social media promotions.
- Build strong relationships with ecommerce partners and logistics providers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in **office administration** and **sales/ecommerce management**.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysia’s ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).
- Good financial/accounting knowledge for handling office accounts.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ecommerce tools.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
