Obtaining and process list of shipment
- Collaborates and communicates with warehouse, planning and others involved in the shipment of products
- Delivery Order and Invoice preparation
- ERP system invoice posting
- Manage e-invoice portal posting
- Generate Sales Return/Debit/Credit Request Note based on operation needs
- Monthly Billing Report
- Familiar with ERP system
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within logistics or supply chain management
- STPM and Diploma and above
- Responsible and Patient
- Strong sense of time organization and urgency
- Able to work independently and within a team
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
