Job Descriptions:
1. Responsible for managing all aspects of industrial and labour relations

2. Investigate disciplinary issues and to recommend appropriate disciplinary action including issuing Suspension and/or Show Cause letter, Warning letter, and other related disciplinary actions

3. Issuance of self-termination letter, dismissal letter, authorization letter, etc.

4. Involved in conducting Domestic Inquiry including conduct an investigation, schedule the event, identify company’s witnesses, interviewing witnesses, collect information and data, identify Board of Inquiry, prepare exhibits files and taking minutes.

5. Prepares a complete report after domestic inquiry session in order for management to review and assist in decision making.

6. Conduct prompt and thorough investigations in response to employee complaints. Then, identify and recommend implementation of appropriate actions to accomplish a timely resolution of employee concerns in order to maintain a good rapport between employees and employer.

7. Provide counselling service and guide employees regarding company policies and procedures.

8. Maintain positive employee relations climate by responding to employees’ concern addressing issues proactively and advising management regarding proper Company practices.

9. Showrooms visits to close the gap between operational staff and HR.

10. Deal with related government officials

11. Prepare report, tracking & updates

Job Requirements:
2. Required skill(s): employee and Labor Relations, Employment Law, Employment Act.

3. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

4. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

5. Able to work independently and result-oriented

6. Based in Klang, Selangor.
