LI-Hybrid

Supporting the onboarding of newly hired employees in the Malaysia, Cyprus and Singapore office and the continuing development and training of people in these locations.

Work with the operations team to improve the standard of operational training globally to ensure content quality and delivery is targeted at the right audience, its engaging and meets their objectives. This is done through the rollout of various global programmes, digitization of content and alignment of all operational training deliverables globally. It also requires the periodic update and review of quality control on content to ensure it is fit for purpose.

**Qualifications**
2+ years Fund admin or Investor operations experience,

Strong organizational skills with ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines,

Professional written and verbal communication skills essential.

Training experience and advantage but not essential.
