Office Administration
- Establish, develop and maintain systematic record management and document control for the Company’s assets and other administrative matters in an effective filing system.
- Manage requirement of Stationery, Copier Machine, Water Dispenser, Meeting Refreshment, Food & Beverage for Management and Client.
- Manage courier service, parcel and mail distribution.
- Ensure Company office facilities, including the office equipment facility, furniture, fittings and building, the security system is functioning, properly serviced and maintained in good condition of repair and cleanliness.
- Familiarize with centralized PC accounting system, set up all accounts, define necessary reports and input necessary data for the purpose of admin reporting.
- Perform the work in a cost-effective manner, beneficial both to the customer and to Company, within the limits given by the requirement to quality in work performance.
- Verification of invoices for the admin support procurement items. To liaise with vendors for any issues on disputes and clarification that need to be made before payment is made to the respective vendors.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Assistant Admin Manager.
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Office administration and accounting function with some exposure to the operations department.
- Good organizational, administrative and problem-solving skill with the ability to demonstrate sound judgement in making decision.
- Meticulous, systematic, able to prioritize work and meeting deadlines
- Pleasant personality, able to work independently and blends well in a team
- Abe to perform report using Microsoft Excell / Microsoft work
- Willing to be based in Sitiawan Perak
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
