We are building up a brand called **SWAPPER**in the market, selling and buying smartphones with attractive price. **Swapper** is a Malaysia Government Certified Franchisor and we already have 10 franchise retail shops in KL and Selangor. Job Position: Mobile Technician

Basic Salary: RM3,000

We are building up teams. **We are hiring mobile technician who has the skills and the relevant working experience in troubleshooting of phones.**

**Job Scope**:

- Run tests to assess the mobile phones’ functionality.
- Install and update phone software, troubleshoot wiring problems, and replace damaged parts and components such as batteries, LCD screens, keypads, buttons.
- Advice customers on warranty issues and recommend products based on the expertise.

**Job Requirement and Qualification**:

- Only open for Malaysian
