The **Administrative Executive (Regulatory)** is responsible for assisting the Registry Department in ensuring the institution complies with all academic and regulatory requirements set by the **Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE)**, the **Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA)**, and other relevant authorities.
This role involves maintaining accurate records, preparing regulatory documentation, and supporting the department in audits, accreditation, and reporting activities.

This position is suitable for **fresh graduates** who are detail-oriented, organized, and interested in the administrative and compliance side of higher education management.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Regulatory Compliance Support**:

- Assist in the preparation and submission of documents to MOHE, MQA, and other government agencies.
- Help update and maintain programme accreditation files, approval letters, and institutional licenses.
- Support the renewal process of programme approvals and institutional registration.
- **Documentation & Record Management**:

- Maintain proper filing systems (physical and electronic) for all regulatory and academic records.
- Update internal databases and spreadsheets to track compliance timelines and documentation.
- **Audit & Accreditation Preparation**:

- Assist in compiling reports, data, and evidence for internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with academic departments to gather required information for programme accreditation and re-accreditation exercises.
- **Reporting & Communication**:

- Draft and format official correspondence, reports, and memos related to regulatory matters.
- Communicate with regulatory bodies or external agencies under the supervision of the Registrar or Head of Department.
- **General Administrative Support**:

- Provide general support for departmental meetings, minute taking, and logistics.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the Registry’s overall operations.

**Job Requirements**

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Management, Education, Business, or any related field.

**Experience**:

- Fresh graduates are **strongly encouraged to apply**.
- Internship or exposure to higher education administration or government liaison work is an added advantage.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Good command of **English and Bahasa Malaysia** (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data management.
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
