J - Sales Manager [healthcare]

Jobscopes:
- Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners that are key to the business. This includes nearby offices, panels, TPA, various retail business etc.
- Efficient use of marketing and operational resources management.
- Work closely with marketing team to improve awareness and bring in new patients to the business
- Creating and implementing strategies for business growths including but not limited to exploring collaborations and develop potential new revenue streams due to new businesses, new markets, or licensing/franchising within Malaysia.
- Work with the relevant teams to identify risks, issues and opportunities and ensure clear plans are in place to address them.
- Analyse performance trends and opportunities and determine how best the insight from this work can be turned into real performance improvements in the business.
- Assist in the strategic planning for future development of the clinics including business development services.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by Management.
- Plan and execute a successful launch for the brand
- Work closely with marketing to improve awareness and bring in new patients to the business
- Identify and conduct feasibility studies on new revenue streams that are clearly non-clinic based, including but not limited to confinement homes, step down care
- Launch with steady revenue stream and brand recognition
- Sales targets will apply
**Requirements**:
- Track record with business development and sales roles
- Experience in planning, budgeting and launching brands
- Basic understanding of business process and functions (HR, procurement, operations etc.) and online / offline marketing.
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- BSc/BA in Business or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
