We are looking for an F&B Ops manager to assist all F&B operations across our property. This position will be based across Sepang & Nilai.

**Requirement**
- An inquisitive leader with sound knowledge in f&b budget
- Well-spoken in both Bahasa English and Bahasa Malaysia
- A strong communicator in making sure message delivered across all operational levels
- Sensitive towards the market/guest/operational needs.
- Grow and nurture the F&B teams
- Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation and requirements.
- Constantly review the product range to ensure that all key quality standards are maintained.
- Proactive to liaise with the Sales and Marketing team and Food and Beverage Head to collate and respond to all customer correspondence, ensuring this is communicated to the entire Food and Beverage team, where appropriate.
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity

**Who Must You Be?**
- A proven track record managing F&B ops for at least 5 years
- Ability to control a minimum of 30 staff across multiple properties
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software (POS).
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
- Up to date with food and beverage trends and best practices.
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
- Guest-oriented and service-minded.
