**Role Description**

This is a full-time role for a Field Sales Consultant (FMCG Retail). The Field Sales Consultant will be responsible for sales consulting, retail sales, customer experience, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.
- Onboarding Customers_

Visitation minimum 20 customers shop daily

Collecting SSM for the new customers

Sign up the customer on the app

Submit daily report on each shop visitation

Guide the customer following Lapasar policy

Following customer onboarding guideline
- Orders_

Following company per-order guideline (GP & Margin)
- Communication_

Communication with customers will clear information about the product and price

Actively engage with the company on the customer feedback and leads

Actively promote lapasar’s value proposition to the customer
- Finance_

Guide the customer following Lapasar credit term policy|

Follow ups

Ensuring every sign up customer follows up for the first order

Ensuring every order is completed

Creating daily potential follow up and make an appointment
- Company Targets_

Knowing personal individual targets

Knowing personal individual deficit

Planning and managing to clear in given time
- New Launched Products_

Learning the product in depth

Proposal on very shop visitation

Closing deal with new launch product on every invoice

**Qualifications**

Sales Consulting and Retail Sales skills

Customer Experience and Customer Service skills

Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in the retail industry is a plus

Proven track record of meeting sales targets

Experience in sales or customer service roles

**Remuneration**

RM2,200-5,000
