**Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm**
- Prepare sales orders, quotations, and other documents related to sales inquiries.
- Handle customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information on product availability,

pricing, and order status.
- Follow up on credit notes and ensure the 4PL returns products into the system in a timely

manner.
- Coordinate with customers, sales representatives, and 4PL to follow up on open orders,

providing proactive support.
- Support e-invoicing implementation by coordinating customer data collection and ensuring

accuracy for system integration.
- Open vendor account with government body / institutional.

**Qualifications**
- High interest in medical device industry and customer service
- Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment

**Job Type**: Internship

Pay: RM1,500.00 per month
