**Overview**: As an Associate Customer Support Specialist, you will be the voice of our client, providing exceptional service to our Mandarin-speaking customers. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy helping others. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Meets predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:
- Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is a must; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred, no experience is welcomed.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
