Account Executive

Key Responsibilities
1. Account Management
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts in the telecommunications sector.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's business and telecom requirements.
2. Client Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT managers, and procurement teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and address their inquiries and concerns promptly.
3. Needs Assessment:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements, challenges, and pain points related to telecommunications services.
4. Solution Presentation:
- Develop and present customized telecom solutions that address clients' specific needs.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition and benefits of telecom services.
5. Contract Negotiation:
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual agreements with clients to secure business and ensure contract compliance.
6. Revenue Growth:
- Meet or exceed revenue targets through upselling and cross-selling telecom products and services to existing clients.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion.
7. Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the telecommunications sector.
- Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on market developments.
8. Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts.
- Provide regular sales reports to management.
