Develop; configure programs, scripts and objects that are efficient, well structured, maintainable & easy to understand.
- Work collaboratively with operational and technical teams to deliver projects by assigned deadlines.
- Ability to understand a business process from a Process Definition Document (PDD) and to conceptualize it as an automated solution.
- Integration and deployment of automation projects.
- Ability to analyse business processes and recommend improvements and develop automation solutions around them.
- A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team.
- Create and document test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases.
- An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error.
- Willingness and ability to blend business analysis with hands-on configuration of automated processes.
- Analyse, understand, and document infrastructure requirements.
- Design the automation process solutions in accordance the business processes in detail where required.
- Configure new automation processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
- Create and maintain solution documentation.
- Identify and communicate the technical infrastructure with standard automation design principles and conventions.
