**Full Job Description**
- Deliver all events with good planning and coordination to meet events’ goals and expected results.
- Identify potential problems and take preventive action to ensure events and

functions proceed as planned successfully.
- Coordinate event planning meetings across relevant teams and ensure follow-up action are taken accordingly.
- Manage customers and the public with tact and diplomacy and relationship

building.
- Evaluate outcomes of events and conferences for continuous improvement in

planning and organizing of events.
- Manage event costs and source for appropriate venues to host the events.
- Coordinate with external providers, delivery partners and field teams in the delivery of their services.
- Arrange and test all event logistics including audio visuals, décor and overall setup to ensure all are in good working order.
- Promote and assist in all sales launches, marketing activities, events, courses,

promotions.
- Attending and participating in workshops and events.
- Asist in proposing effective marketing plan and strategies for all products and

ensure these strategies are able to achieve company sales target.
- Asist in developing and executing marketing strategies and initiatives to increase awareness of YYC
- To ensure meeting of the event target, for instance the number of participants for each of the event.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor degree
- Required language: Mandarin (MUST), English & BM
- Hardworking & Responsible
