Responsibilities: '¢ Greet visitors at arrivals and departures and provide assistance courteously '¢ Answer all in-coming call within 3 rings, routes calls after screening '¢ Take messages with accuracy and relay the messages timely '¢ Maintenance of telephone records '¢ All other responsibilities as assigned Requirements: '¢ At minimum possess a Certificate and/or Diploma in any discipline '¢ Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience '¢ Ability to work on shift schedules is a prerequisite '¢ Working experience in Customer Service, Healthcare and Hospitality industry '¢ Good interpersonal and communication skills '¢ Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both written and spoken
