We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Business Admin Executive** to support our daily operations and backend workflows. This role is essential in ensuring smooth coordination between departments, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with both customer and partner communications. You’ll work closely with the management and marketing teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Office & Admin Operations**
- Organize and maintain physical and digital records for inventory, customer data, and HR documentation
- Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments

**2. Customer & Sales Support**
- Issue quotations, invoices, and delivery orders when needed
- Follow up on payments, deliveries, and customer feedback

**3. Inventory & Supplier Coordination**
- Monitor product inventory and restock levels
- Liaise with suppliers and logistic partners to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare monthly stock and purchase reports

**4. Event & Training Support (Pinnacle Mothercare)**
- Coordinate logistics for training programs, workshops, or online courses
- Prepare materials, attendance lists, and certificates
- Assist with registrations and internal coordination

**5. Marketing & E-commerce Backend Support (Nova Jade Mattress)**
- Help upload products, update descriptions, and process orders on Shopee, TikTok Shop, or website
- Track online orders and assist in customer satisfaction follow-ups
- Assist with campaign coordination and administrative follow-ups

**6. Ad-Hoc Support**
- Support management in project execution, reporting, and follow-up
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office functions and team communication

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Management, Marketing, or related field
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Organized, responsible, and a good team player
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
