**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Machine Operation & Setup**:

- Set up and operate injection molding machines according to production requirements.
- Monitor and adjust machine parameters to ensure optimal performance and product quality.

**Quality Control**:

- Collaborate with the QA team to inspect and verify product quality.
- Perform corrective actions when quality issues arise.
- Record production data and maintain accurate logs.

**Maintenance & Troubleshooting**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve injection molding issues during production.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on machines and equipment.
- Ensure proper use and care of tools and machinery.

**Workplace Management**:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Follow company safety procedures and workplace rules at all times.
- Assist in managing scrap and regrind materials effectively.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Contribute to productivity improvement by minimizing cycle time and material waste.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement.
- Support production team and supervisor with additional tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or related technical fields is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply.

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in injection molding or manufacturing production is an advantage.
- Experience operating injection molding machines is preferred.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and a proactive work attitude.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow work instructions.
- Willingness to work shifts and perform overtime when required.

**Language**:

- Basic English is required.
- Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is a plus.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
