Simpan fail dan rekod supaya ia kekal dikemas kini dan mudah diakses Menyimpan rekod perakaunan.
Isih dan edarkan mel masuk dan sediakan mel keluar (sampul surat, bungkusan, dsb.)
Jawab telefon untuk menerima mesej atau ubah hala panggilan kepada rakan sekerja yang sesuai
Gunakan peralatan pejabat seperti mesin fotostat, pencetak dll dan komputer untuk pemprosesan perkataan, penciptaan hamparan dsb.
Menjalankan tugas asas simpan kira dan mengeluarkan invois, cek dsb. Membantu dalam pengurusan pejabat dan prosedur organisasi
Pantau stok bekalan pejabat (klip kertas, alat tulis dll.) dan laporkan apabila terdapat kekurangan.
Memantau dan membuat susulan ke atas urusan insurans seperti pengisytiharan, pembaharuan, isu tuntutan, pembaharuan cukai jalan dan pemeriksaan kenderaan.
Berhubung dengan setiausaha syarikat mengenai dokumentasi syarikat & berhubung dengan pelbagai pembekal seperti ejen penghantaran, syarikat kurier dan syarikat penggera mengenai isu operasi.
Membantu dalam membuat pengaturan perjalanan dan menempah tempat untuk persidangan dan acara

Melaksanakan tugas-tugas pejabat lain yang diarahkan. Syarat-syarat:
Minimum SPM/ Diploma atau setaraf.
Celik komputer dan biasa dengan aplikasi Microsoft Office Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik. Kemahiran pengurusan masa dan organisasi yang baik. Bersedia untuk belajar, bijak dan bermotivasi diri.

Bahasa Melayu (Diperlukan) Bahasa Inggeris (Diperlukan)
Jadual:
Isnin hingga Jumaat Masa: 9AM - 6PM
